Jubilee Fellowship is the South Bay’s oldest
continuing nondenominational full Gospel Church,
founded in 1955.

REV BARRY & JOANNE
GRIFFING
have served as pastors of Jubilee since 1995.They
met at University of California at Berkeley. They
received their Bachelor of Theology degree is from
Shiloh Bible college in Oakland, California.

JUBILEE SUNDAY SERVICES
built on the four P’s: pre-service Prayer, exuberant
congregational Praise, Prophecy and the flowing of
the gifts of the spirit in the congregation, and
Bible-based Preaching. Holy Communion celebrated the
first Sunday of every month.

CHILDREN K - GRADE 5
go to Bible Masters classes during the pastors
sermon. The “Mastering the Bible story“ curriculum
teaches them basic Bible literacy: the books, the
people, and the events of the Bible. Children also
participate in the Praise Generation Kids Choir,
which sings once a month in the main Sunday service.

WEEKLY CONGREGATIONAL
PRAYER MEETING
every Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Prayer requests
are recorded in the Book of Remembrance, along with
answered prayers, and shared with the congregation
on Sundays.

MINISTRY TO OUR COMMUNITY
includes:
Conducting worship service once a month at Driftwood
Care Center since 1998.
SonRise Preschool
has provided quality
child care since 1996, and is licensed to provide
both childcare and infant care. Phone 310-214-9141
for more information. Jubilee Torrance Academy
provides support for area homeschooling parents.
Pastor Barry has led the annual National Day of
Prayer every May since 2006 at the Torrance City
Hall.

SPIRIT-FILLED ORIGINAL
MUSIC.
Jubilee congregation has been blessed by over three
dozen original praise songs from Jubilee musicians
over the years. In 1979, Pastor Barry founded
ZionSong Music, which published early “P and W“
standards like
Glory to the Lamb, We
Bring the Sacrifice of Praise, and All Hail King
Jesus.
Our Mission Statement;
to expand Christ’s Kingdom, one
disciple at a time, by delivering souls from the devil, the
world, and the flesh, and then developing them as
God-seekers (worshipers), Truth-seekers (students),
task-seekers (servants), and soul-seekers (witnesses).
